We know it can be hard making a purchase online

Will it fit? Is the colour right? Does it suit me? … Never fear!! Superminx is here to take the apprehension out of buying online!

We hope that you are completely in love with your new Superminx order, and that your purchase is perfect for you…but in the event it’s just not right – please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order, and return items within 14 days of your purchase.

If you are looking for a different size or colour as a replacement – please contact our stores directly via phone or email.

For replacements or refunds – all items must be returned in their original condition, with no sign of wear, with all swing tags and packaging intact.  We also require a proof of purchase in the form of either an order number or receipt.

Unfortunately, your postage charges incurred on returns are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for exchange ( i.e –  the same style is being changed for a different size or colour), you will not be charged by Superminx for delivery of your replacement article.

We take extra special care to check every item before it leaves us. However, if you believe you have received faulty merchandise, please don’t hesitate to contact us on within 3 business days of receiving the item. We will happily repair or replace any item deemed faulty after assessment. If we cannot repair or replace the item, we will provide a full refund (inclusive of any shipping costs).

Refunds instore can be either held as a store credit, a voucher or a credit to your bank account.  An item bought online must be refunded through our payment portal. Please note that a credit can take a couple of days to clear either end.
