Can I remove items from my order?
Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag if the order has not yet been processed. Simply click Remove on the unwanted item in the shopping cart screen.
Can I cancel my order?
Once payment for your order has been completed, the order cannot be cancelled via our website. If you have processed payment for your order and wish to cancel the order, please contact our Customer Service team the day the order was placed.
How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our Customer Service team.
What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
We take extra special care to check every item before it leaves us. However, if you believe you have received faulty merchandise, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Service team within 3 business days of receiving the item.
Can I cancel my subscription to the Mailing List?
You can easily cancel your subscription by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the footer of our email newsletters. Fill in the details and select send.
How do I recover my forgotten password?

We hope that you are completely in love with your new Superminx order, and that your purchase is perfect for you…but in the event it’s just not right – please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order, and return items within 14 days of your purchase.

Shipping Policy

You’ll be glad to hear Superminx delivers worldwide!

Our courier picks up once a day – generally late morning – so if your order arrives before 10 am – it will be out that same day, Monday to Friday.

After 12noon, we cannot guarantee overnight delivery – but we will get your special parcel on it’s way asap!

Our couriers don’t pick up on the weekend, so orders placed on a Friday afternoon/weekend, will not be able to be sent until the following Monday.

Warranty

Wear and tear on a pair of shoes is quite normal.

We expect and design for ladies with busy lives involving a huge range of activities. This takes a natural toll on our footwear. It’s also fair to say that ‘wear and tear’ is very subjective along with our own personal expectations on how long a product should last.
Footwear requires care if they are going to perform and wear the way they were intended.
